Snapshot

Snapshot is an off-chain voting platform where DAOs run gasless proposals and votes. Votes are signed messages weighted by token holdings or other strategies and are stored off-chain.

Rating A: No technical restriction found (terms written only in the ToS are not counted). Governance · any EVM (off-chain voting).
