Compound III
Compound III（Comet）是一个借贷协议，每个市场以一种基础资产（如 USDC 或 ETH）出借，并接受多种抵押资产。它是早期 Compound 货币市场的重新设计，由 COMP 持有者治理。
该协议的其他版本：Compound V2 (旧版)。

- 钱包筛查： 是。own screening.compound.xyz (POST {address} -> {flagged}) + a hardcoded list of 38 addresses, incl. the Tornado Cash router 0x8589…DA16 (TC delisted from SDN in 2025, still blocked here) 执行位置：API。 失败模式：失败拦截 (an error or a timeout of the screening call marks the address as blocked ("Unexpected error" overlay))。

说明
The public repo has only the static list in src/helpers/sanctions.ts; production also calls screening.compound.xyz (fail-closed). The legacy v2 app is a separate entry (Compound V2).
